Because our process is the result of years
of successful site development, it is proprietary and we can only
present an overview of our six main phases in this public forum. If you
would like the full story (and you're not one of our competitors) please
contact us.
 |
Our development process
features six phases that incorporate 44 distinct steps, each with
clear deliverables. |
|
Phase 1
Conceptualize |
 |
To help our
clients succeed on the Web, we have developed a Website strategy
process that can define and focus Web projects no matter which stage
of development they may be at. Our strategy services are designed to
help clients evaluate their options for capitalizing on the
opportunities provided by the global adoption of the Web and
wireless technologies. |
 |
|
Phase 2
Define |
 |
If a client
comes to us with a clearly defined strategy, but is uncertain how
best to implement that strategy in a specific project, then our
Definition process helps to identify a clear direction and suggests
appropriate courses of action. |
 |
|
Phase 3
Architect |
 |
Information
Architecture translates the business objectives and user goals
defined during the Strategy phase into a blueprint of the site. This
analysis includes mapping out the site's feature sets, structure,
navigation, and page-by-page functionality. The resulting blueprint
is the documentation that guides creative and development teams
through the build process. |
 |
|
Phase 4
Design |
 |
With a four
stages to the Design step we design user experiences that are
engaging, well branded, and easy to use. We create a consistent site
design that is in sync with your business, branding, and identity
strategies. |
 |
|
Phase 5
Implement |
 |
The
implementation step in our process brings together all our strategy,
planning and design work into a fully functional Website. During
this process we will be managing the coding, testing and launch
phases of the site and providing an initial period of post launch
technical support. |
 |
|
Phase 6
Support |
 |
During the
Planning and Management process, the support plan was developed.
This plan will inform the execution of the support program. Keeping
true to our philosophy of providing "best-of-breed services for our
clients, we outsource many of the actual services delivered in our
support process. |

Plan and Manage |
 |
Planning and
project management includes all aspects of pre-project planning and
project management. Pre-project planning includes development of
four types of plans: |
